What we do
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour-contrast levels against their backgrounds.
- Every page works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines and a "skip to content" link.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Animations and smooth scrolling switch off when your system is set to reduce motion.
- The animated 3D scene on the homepage is decorative and hidden from screen readers; all information in it is also in the page text.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
- The homepage 3D scene can be demanding on older phones. It lowers its quality automatically and shows a still image when WebGL is unavailable.
- Some shipping documents we receive from third parties, such as scanned bills of lading, may not be accessible. Ask us and we will read or describe them to you.
