The import duty calculator

The calculator estimates Ghana import duty, levies and taxes using published rates and the figures you enter. It is a guide, not a customs assessment or professional advice. The amount you actually pay is set by the Ghana Revenue Authority and depends on the tariff classification, the customs value GRA accepts, the exchange rate on the day, exemptions and any excise duty. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on an estimate.

Shipment tracking

Tracking shows the status our team has recorded for a shipment. It may not show events that have only just happened, and dates such as estimated arrival can change. To protect your privacy, tracking needs both the shipment reference and the last four digits of the phone number on your account. Do not try to look up shipments that are not yours.

Invoice links

Invoice emails contain a private link to your invoice. Anyone with the link can view the invoice, so share it only with people who need it.

Marketing emails and SMS

When you ask for a quote or use the client portal you can choose to receive our news and offers by email or SMS. This is optional and the box is never pre-ticked. If you agree, we keep a record of when and how you did so, as required by the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), and we use only your name, contact details and language preference for these messages.

You can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to an SMS, from the Account page of the client portal, or by emailing info@tradelinkslog.com. Service messages about your shipments, invoices and payments are not marketing and continue for as long as we work together. See our privacy notice for details.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to break the law, send false quote requests, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or interfere with its operation. We may block access where we see misuse.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use, but not copy or republish them without our permission.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as GRA or the Data Protection Commission, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
